City likely to bring 'fully funded and operational' service back in December

The Glendale City Council is highly likely to approve the return of Valley Metro’s RideChoice program with a vote at its meeting Tuesday, Nov. 25.

This new agreement is one of three items in the council resolutions section of the 5:30 p.m. meeting’s agenda. Unless a council member requests it, the item will not be read during the meeting.

If approved, beginning Dec. 1, the city will offer the service to residents who are certified for paratransit under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
