(Reuters) -U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll arrived in Abu Dhabi on Monday for peace talks with Ukraine’s military intelligence chief and a Russian delegation, the Financial Times reported.

Driscoll and the Russians began talks on Monday night, the report said, citing two people familiar with the matter.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
