A body has been discovered in a canal during the search for a 21-year-old man who went missing in Chester. A public appeal was initiated to locate William Webb, who vanished in the early hours of Sunday, November 23 morning.
Whilst formal identification is yet to be confirmed, it is believed to be Mr Webb. The police have stated that the death is not being treated as suspicious and his family have been informed. For the biggest stories in Wales first, sign up to our daily newsletter here
