A 46-year-old Philadelphia man was killed in a two-car crash in Gloucester County on Monday, Nov. 24, authorities said.
At 5:07 p.m., officers responded to Hurfville-Crosskeys Road and Chapel Heights Road, in front of Washington Township High School after a 2020 Nissan Sentra traveling southbound collided with the back of a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, Washington Township police said.
A passenger in the Nissan Sentra was unconscious and unresponsive at the scene, police said. He was transported to Jefferson Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
Two other people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Criminal charges are pending as the investigation continues, police said;
