Dr Karan Rajan, a gastro-intestinal surgeon and lecturer, revealed his take on a scrummy loaf of bread that’s high in fibre and high in protein. You only need a handful of ingredients for it. Dr Karan asserted in a recent TikTok video: “This is my ultimate homemade bread, and I’m never buying store-bought bread again.”
