Actress Tara Reid was reportedly taken to the hospital from a Chicago-area hotel over the weekend.

Rosemont Public Safety confirmed to NBC Chicago that they received an ambulance call from the DoubleTree hotel on River Road early Sunday morning and transported an individual to an area hospital.

Video posted by TMZ, which was obtained by a witness, showed the "American Pie" actress on a stretcher, with the actress telling the publication she left a drink at the bar unattended while smoking a cigarette and when she returned, the drink had a napkin placed on top that she did not put there. She went on to drink her beverage and the next thing she remembers was waking up in the hospital.
