OTTAWA COUNTY, Ohio — A Port Clinton woman was sentenced to seven years in prison on Monday after being convicted of child sexual abuse material charges.
Kati Schlipf, 38, pleaded guilty in October in Ottawa County Common Pleas Court to 25 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person and one count of attempted pandering. She must also register as a Tier-II sex offender.
Her husband, Jason Schlipf, 37, also pleaded guilty to the same charges. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 5.
Jason and Kati Schlipf were arrested in May after the Ottawa County Major Crimes Unit said law enforcement received a tip from the Tiffin Police Department regarding the upload of suspected child sexual abuse material to an online platform.
