A lucky player just hit a massive payday after buying a Scratch-Off ticket worth $3 million, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced on Wednesday, Nov. 26.

The winning 3s a Charm ticket was sold at the Sheetz located at 5554 Steubenville Pike in Robinson Township (Allegheny County), according to the release. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.

3s a Charm is a $30 game offering multimillion-dollar prizes. Players can learn more about the game by visiting the Pennsylvania Lottery’s website or using its official app.

Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date, the Lottery said. Officials urge winners to sign the back of their ticket immediately and call 1-800-692-7481.

Scratch-Offs are distributed randomly, meaning neither the Lottery nor its retailers know where winning tickets will be sold until a prize is claimed, according to the release.

All prizes over $5,000 are subject to withholding. For rules, chances of winning, and details on traditional and online games, visit palottery.com.
