Onondaga Lake Parkway in Salina, Onondaga County will be closed to traffic eastbound and westbound on Thursday, Nov. 27, from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the Liverpool Turkey Trot, and drivers are advised to follow the signed detour to Old Liverpool Road.
