OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A private medical transport ambulance and another vehicle collided at 72nd and Maple Wednesday afternoon.

The ambulance was carrying a patient at the time of the collision, police told First Alert 6.

The patient did not suffer any additional injuries from the crash.

Omaha Police confirmed no one involved in the accident was hurt.

Traffic was slowed in the area for a short time as crews cleared the scene and moved both vehicles from the intersection.

Police are still investigating what caused the collision.
