With less than 240 days left until the Glasgow Commonwealth Games , the countdown has officially begun as the Longines Countdown Clock for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games was launched at Glasgow Central Station today.

Glasgow Central Station will sit at the heart of the Games , which run from 23 July to 2 August next year, in the middle of all of the venues used by 3,000 athletes from across 74 nations and territories of the Commonwealth.

The Longines Countdown Clock itself will be a key meeting point for fans and visitors, and there is going to be approximately 25 million people who will visit the clock between now and the Games.
