ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A teenager was dropped off at the Florissant Police Department Thursday night with a gunshot wound.

The Florissant Valley Fire Protection District told First Alert 4 it received a call around 8:20 p.m. that a 15-year-old had been dropped off at the police department.

Officials said the teen was taken to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

The Florissant Police Department told First Alert 4 officers are currently investigating the shooting. But at this time, there is no information on what happened leading up to the teen being dropped off at the police department.
