Authorities are looking for a man reported as missing and endangered who was last seen in Ocean County last week.

The last confirmed sighting of Mortimer Wortman, 22, was at 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 21 in a wooded area near High Bridge Road in Jackson Township, according to the Jackson Police Department .

He is a current Rutgers University student, said spokeswoman Megan Florance.

“The Rutgers University Police Department is working closely with the Jackson Police Department, which is leading the investigation,” Florance said in a statement Friday.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, burgundy hoodie and blue jeans.
