CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland is preparing for its annual WinterLand Tree Lighting Festival in Public Square on Saturday, with safety measures and road closures in place.

WinterLand 2025 is kicking off the holiday season on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Public Square with a full day of family-friendly activities.

This year, the fireworks show will be replaced with an expanded schedule of activities and an enhanced lighting experience. Beginning at dusk, the WinterLand tree will illuminate and “dance” alongside the IlluminateCLE Holiday Light Show, presented every 30 minutes throughout the evening.
