MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Meet Highway!

Humane Society Adoption Center of Monroe Director Terri Matthews says this sweet boy was found on the side of the highway, and has come a long way with a little love! He’s about three and a half months old and full of that loveable puppy energy. She says he’ll get to be around 40-50 pounds when he’s fully grown.

The adoption fee is $100, and each pet is spayed or neutered before adoption. They also have all their vaccines.

The shelter is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
