YOUNGSTOWN - Youngstown Police call on public to help locate a man who's been missing since last week.

Police say 74-year-old Walter Spincic has been missing since Saturday, November 22 after saying he was going to attend an event at Ciminero's Banquet Hall in Niles.

Police say Spincic never showed up to the event and hasn't been seen since. Spincic does not own a car.

Spincic is described as a white male standing at 5'10'' tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He wears an eyepatch on his left eye.
