Syracuse, N.Y. - A person was shot in the leg in Syracuse’s Washington Square neighborhood Friday afternoon, according to Onondaga County 911 dispatch records.
At around 2:09 p.m., Syracuse police responded to 529 Court St. after a woman reported her son was shot in the leg, according to dispatch records.
The woman told dispatchers the shooting happened on nearby Spring Street.
The person’s wound was being dressed as dispatchers relayed the information to first responders, according to dispatch records. An ambulance was called to take the person to a hospital.
The caller told dispatchers the suspects were two teens wearing all black, according to dispatch records.
