It’s state championship weekend in Michigan high school football.
Ford Field takes center stage to crown state champions in every 11-man division in 2025, and Sunday afternoon features the Division 5 title game.
The top two teams remaining are Grand Rapids West Catholic (12-1) and Pontiac Notre Dame Prep (11-2), squaring off at 4 p.m. Sunday at the home of the Detroit Lions.

Pontiac Notre Dame entered the postseason ranked on the bubble in the final MLive Top 25 . The final Division 5 AP rankings had Pontiac Notre Dame at No. 3 and Grand Rapids West Catholic tied at No. 4.
