LAPEER COUNTY, MI - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has closed another roadway during the region’s first heavy snowfall of the year.

The crash was reported by MDOT at 6:51 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29.

Officials posted that both northbound and southbound M-53 lanes (Van Dyke Road) are blocked at Tubspring Road due to the crash.

No other information is being provided at this time. All lanes remain blocked.
