( 25News Now ) - Saturday’s winter storm has forced the City of Peoria, the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office, and McLean County Sheriff’s Office to issue a collision alert until further notice.

For the City of Peoria, anyone in a crash, in which no one is injured, and all vehicles are drivable, should exchange information and report the accident in person to the Peoria Police Department within 36 hours after the alert ends. All parties in the accident must be present to file the report.

The Peoria Police Department is located at 600 SW Adams Street in Peoria.

People involved in non-injury crashes in Peoria County should exchange information and report the accidents in person to the records bureau of the sheriff’s office within 48 hours after the collision alert has ended.
