Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin answers questions from the press after a college football game between Mississippi State and Ole Miss at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Miss., on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025. Ole Miss defeated Mississippi State 38-19 in the Egg Bowl.

It's Sunday, and we don't officially know if Lane Kiffin is leaving Ole Miss or leaving for LSU... or if he's going to coach the Rebels the rest of the season if he chooses the latter.

Unofficially? It was an absolutely wild Saturday. There was Kiffin's dog tweeting hints, ESPN's Marty Smith pleading with Kiffin to make a decision and finally word that it was all going down on Sunday.

So what time is this all happening? Per Smith, Kiffin will have a meeting at 9 a.m. (could be local time?) with his team and "have an announcement regarding his future afterwards."

UPDATE: Sounds like the meeting got pushed back to 2 p.m. local time.

Did Lane Kiffin make his decision?

Again, officially? No. Unofficially? Sure seems like he's heading to LSU.

Will Lane Kiffin coach Ole Miss even if he's leaving for LSU?

No word on that yet, but wouldn't that be weird if that happened?
