Could someone please tell me why the city is allowing the beavers to destroy River’s Edge Natural Area?

I realize that it’s frustrating to have to pay money to go into a craft fair, but you know, I’m 70 years old. I’ve loved going to them my whole life, and I logically understand that the crafters who pay for a booth rent there are already paying a pretty high amount just in hopes of selling and breaking even or maybe getting their name out there. What you’re paying for when you go through the admission doors is to have one place under a roof where everything is warm and dry and a ton of crafters are all there for you to go and browse.
