November closes out with somewhat of a wintry mix Sunday with cloudy conditions that offer up a chance of rain and snowflakes.
7News First Alert Meteorologist Jordan Evans said the D.C. region will see clouds and stray showers throughout the day as the temperatures peak in the high 40s.
