This Thanksgiving weekend was dominated by two sequels. Zootopia 2 , the sequel to the 2016 animated film, pulled in $156 million domestic over the five day weekend, and $400 million internationally, including $272 million in China. Altogether, the $556 million opening made for the fourth biggest opening in history.
Wicked: For Good made $93 million in its second frame, which is impressive but trails the $118 million second weekend of the first film, which fell on the same holiday weekend last year. In ten days, it's made $270.4 million domestically and $393.3 million internationally.
