OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - The Owensboro Fire Department say they are on scene of a large structure fire as of 11:30 p.m.

According to a post on their official Facebook account, the fire is located in the 600 block of Triplett Street.

Officials say the road is closed off at 4th Street and ask people avoid the area.

Photos of the scene appear to show the building is fully engulfed.
