Good Monday Morning! You’ll need the winter coats and gloves if you are heading out to work or back to school this morning. Temperatures will linger in the 30s for the next few hours, and wind chill values will “feel like” the 20s.

Fortunately, conditions will remain dry for most of the day. Highs this afternoon will crawl into the upper 40s and the lower 50s. Lows will drop into the 30s again tonight. Scattered rainfall will begin to develop this evening and linger into the early morning hours tomorrow. Rain totals with this system will range from half an inch to an inch. Some locally higher amounts will be possible.

As temepratures drop, residual moisture could produce a few snowflakes or sleet, especially for mountainous areas. Any effects will be slim-to-none.
