Pedestrian Killed After Hit By SUV In Bucks County: PA State Police

A pedestrian was killed after being hit by an SUV along Allentown Road in Milford Township, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Dec. 1.

The crash happened when Wayne Carl Kelchner, 70, was walking near 1765 Allentown Road at around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26, according to PSP Dublin.

Kelchner was struck by a 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by a 55-year-old woman, troopers said. He was taken to St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus for his injuries, where he was pronounced dead, police added.

The PSP Dublin Patrol Unit is leading the investigation. Troop M’s Forensic Services Unit, the Dublin Criminal Investigation Unit, and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office are assisting, according to the release.

The crash remains under investigation.
