UPDATE, 12:45 p.m.: The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Tuesday that includes Genesee and Orleans counties.

The advisory, to be in effect from 1 a.m. to 7 p.m., also includes Niagara, Monroe and northern Erie counties.
