A second teenager has tragically died after a collision on the A19 northbound in Sunderland , as the investigation continues into the crash. The 19-year-old male driver of the Vauxhall Corsa involved in the incident on Monday, November 24, passed away on Saturday.

Just after 11pm, Northumbria Police received a report of a collision involving the dark yellow vehicle, between the B1404 at Seaham and the A690 Herrington Interchange. It was reported that, for reasons yet to be established, the Corsa left the carriageway and then subsequently crashed.
