The rain that has been falling on most of the ArkLaTex today will come to an end, and it's looking unlikely that we will have any issues with freezing precipitation. Sunshine returns on Tuesday, but won't last long.  Temperatures will stay below normal this week, with more rain looking likely later in the week.
