KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Three people have been indicted for murder in a 2024 overdose death, according to a news release from the Knoxville Police Department.

It’s the latest news out of KPD’s Department Organized Crime Unit and the Drug Related Death Task Force. The release said three people, 50-year-old Anne Miller, 33-year-old Brandon Light and 40-year-old Amber Perry, had been indicted in 27-year-old Kevin Kilgore’s death after a lengthy investigation.

“In late October, Miller, Light and Perry were indicted by a Knox County grand jury for second-degree murder and sale and delivery of fentanyl,” KPD said. “Perry was located and arrested by KPD officers on November 2 at a motel on Merchant Center Boulevard, while Light and Miller were located and arrested by Knox County Sheriff’s Off
