MURRAY – Dr. Tim Todd, former provost and vice president of academic affairs at Murray State University, has filed a lawsuit against his former employer, as well as MSU President Dr. Ron Patterson and General Counsel Robert L. Miller, alleging breach of contract after being removed from his previous position and having his salary reduced by more than half.
Todd is being represented by attorney David Kelly with the Paducah law firm Keuler, Kelly, Hutchins, Blankenship & Sigler, LLP, who electronically filed the civil suit Wednesday, Nov. 25, in Franklin Circuit Court. The complaint states that Todd “has enjoyed a long and distinguished professional academic career” with MSU, having previously served as MSU’s dean and full professor at the Arthur J.
