Thanks to the tutelage of former Bristol High School and University of Rhode Island star kicker Ralph Guerriero, there’s a new kicking phenom on the horizon, and his name is Jake Mancieri.

This has been a storybook season for this Mt. Hope High School freshman, who has been absolutely on target with the majority of his extra-point and field goal attempts this season. And, it hasn’t been by accident.

What he’s been able to achieve is in direct correlation with the Mt. Hope coaching staff in general and a former Bristol High School and URI football star in particular.

The son of Brett and Jenn Mancieri, Jake emerged already as one of the state's best place-kickers in just his first varsity season.
