A group of thugs wearing balaclavas burst into a home in Oldham before fleeing and leading police on a dramatic 105mph chase through West Yorkshire.

At around 10:35am on Monday (December 1), neighbours reported hearing a smash before seeing the three masked men enter a property in Oldham . Two watches were stolen as well as an attempt to take the homeowner’s Hyundai, which was unsuccessful due to the car’s immobiliser.

Officers later identified a vehicle linked to the burglary in West Yorkshire travelling towards Bradford. When officers tried to stop the car, the suspects then fled, leading to a pursuit reaching speeds of up to 105mph.
