A 40-year-old Norfolk County man faces numerous criminal charges as the result of a drug trafficking investigation.
At about 4:49 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2 members of the Haldimand/Norfolk OPP Community Street Crimes Unit, along with the West Region OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit executed a search warrant at a Concession 8 residence near Waterford.
A search of the home led to the seizure of suspected cocaine, oxycodone, Dilaudid, a weapon and ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and Canadian currency, said police.
The accused was arrested and charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, and possession of proceeds of crime obtained by crime over $5,000. He is also charged with two counts
