Transit union calls for inquiry into collision that paused Eglinton LRT vehicle testing

A Toronto city councillor and the transit union tasked with operating the Eglinton Crosstown LRT are renewing calls for a public inquiry into the project. As CBC's Dale Manucdoc explains, they say the workers, and the public deserve to know why testing was paused in October.
