AUBURN — Alex Golesh got another commitment for Auburn football 's 2026 recruiting class on Tuesday, Dec. 2, as in-state wide receiver DeShawn Spencer flipped his commitment from Duke to the Tigers.

Spencer, a consensus three-star recruit from Saraland (Ala.) High School, had been committed to the Blue Devils since July, but he was previously recruited by Golesh's South Florida staff, receiving an offer in January and taking one of his five official visits to Tampa in June.

The last of Spencer's five official visits came this past weekend, when he visited Jordan-Hare Stadium for the Iron Bowl.
