Vancouver police arrested a 21-year-old man Tuesday suspected of assaulting a jogger in late October in the Ellsworth Springs neighborhood .
Vancouver police served a search warrant at a local residence and arrested Nathan Howard Allen. Police said in a news release they recovered an orange BMX-style bicycle and other evidence.
After an interview with detectives, Allen was booked into the Clark County Jail on suspicion of indecent liberties and unlawful imprisonment. Investigators said they are also referring charges of fourth-degree assault and two counts of indecent exposure.
The arrest stems from an Oct. 26 incident in the 1100 block of Southeast 99th Avenue. Police said a woman reported that a man on a bike approached her from behind, “grabbed her genital area” and pushed her to t
