ATLANTA — A Georgia Senate study committee that has been examining higher education affordability will review its draft report Tuesday as it completes its work.

The Senate Study Committee on Higher Education Affordability met four times between August and November to "explore options for making higher education more affordable for Georgians, including the creation of a means-tested scholarship program."

They'll present their findings Tuesday at the Capitol in a meeting that begins at 10 a.m.
