New Mexico's Democratic congressional delegation sent a letter Tuesday to Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought, demanding the federal government refund the extra $30 million the state of New Mexico spent in November on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits during the federal government shutdown.
