“Stranger Things” set a viewership record last week for Netflix with the premiere of its fifth and final season.

According to Variety , the series had 59.6 million views in its first five days of streaming. It’s the most ever for an English-speaking series. The second and third seasons of the Korean series “Squid Game” hold the overall record with 68 million views, Variety reports.

The first four episodes of the fifth season of “Stranger Things” debuted on Nov. 26, Deadline reports . Another three episodes will be released on Christmas Day, Variety reports. The series finale is on New Year’s Eve.
