BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — The Blount County Sheriff's Office said another teen was arrested and another cited in connection with a gun being brought to William Blount High School.
A 17-year-old was arrested Monday for bringing a gun to William Blount High School. Now, a total of three teens are facing charges in connection with the case.
According to the Blount County Sheriff's Office, a parent of a student at the high school told deputies her child had a photo on his phone of another student with a gun tucked into his waistband. The student told deputies he took the picture on school property.
BCSO said deputies quickly identified the 17-year-old student and arrested him. He's facing two delinquent offenses of carrying weapons on school property, possession of a handgun by a juvenile and
