LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man is now facing charges for a shooting in December 2024 while already in jail for a shooting in October 2025.

Jarrett Dennis was arrested on Nov. 26 for an October shooting on West Chestnut Street in the Russell neighborhood. Now, he is facing charges for a shooting almost exactly a year earlier on Duncan Street in the Portland neighborhood.

Dennis is now facing one count of assault and one count of wanton endangerment for the 2024 shooting in addition to the assault charge for the October shooting.
