Shoppers heading into Swansea city centre can get there for free on the weekends before Christmas. Now that strike action by First Cymru bus staff has been resolved, Swansea Council has announced the return of its popular free bus scheme.

It will allow passengers to ride for free on visits anywhere in Swansea, provided your journey starts and finishes in the city, and begins before 7pm. Never miss a Swansea story by signing up to our newsletter here .

December 6 and 7

December 13 and 14

December 20 and 21

Monday, December 22, Tuesday 23 and Christmas Eve

December 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31.
