ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- State officials are looking to replace an Albemarle County bridge because its substructure is considered compromised.

The Virginia Department of Transportation will be holding a design public hearing next week about the bridge on Patterson Mill Lane over Stockton Creek in western Albemarle County.
