Officials say David Smith, born September 20, 1963, is wanted on two Probation Violation warrants for felony offenses. Smith is described as having blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Bluegrass Crime Stoppers. Anonymous tips that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.
