WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — After Tuesday's storm blanketed Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania, and with colder temperatures on the way, winter is here. As we head into the next few months, places like Kost Tire and Auto in Williamsport see an increase in business.

"Very busy, a lot of people getting their tires on now, everybody put it off cause the weather was nice, now it's not," said Scott Shaffer, Kost Tires and Auto Williamsport Store Manager.
