AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Augusta Players held their final rehearsal for “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” in their building, preparing for a production that carries special meaning this year.

The show was being directed by Scott Seidl, the theater group’s late artistic and executive director, before he passed away.

Seidl was instrumental in securing the building for the Augusta Players and had extensive experience with the production.

Wednesday’s rehearsal was the last before the cast moves into full costumes and sets for the December performances.
