Spread your wings and fly, says former Congressman

As a former Congressman and Vietnam War veteran, Stevan Pearce has dedicated his life to public service. His journey began as a decorated Air Force pilot and then he later became a representative for New Mexico’s 2nd District, serving from 2011 to 2019, with an unsuccessful run for governor.

Now, he recounts his solo flight around the world with his new memoir, “You Had S Good Home, But You Left…” This was more than an aviation adventure. For Pearce, it was a sacred mission to honor fallen comrades, thus weaving together his personal reflection and collective remembrance of those who never made it home from war.
