FORT HOOD, Texas (KWTX) - The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division said it is continuing to investigate allegations involving Dr. Blaine McGraw, an OB-GYN doctor at Fort Hood, Texas, who reportedly recorded a patient during an exam on October 17, 2025.

Special Agents from the Army CID responded to the initial report and Dr. McGraw was taken into custody on the same day, the department says.

He was then processed in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 5505.11 and released to the custody of their chain of command, according to the department.
